CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
I hope you are happy with your order, but if you’ve changed your mind (which we all do sometimes) please contact me within 24 hours. Email hello@bottlebee.co.uk and if your order hasn’t been started it can be cancelled and refunded straight away.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase once you have received it, I will issue a full refund once the item is received back, unworn and in its original packaging. Alternatively I can replace the item for one of the same or higher value. Items must be sent back via a tracked method. If you are in the UK you must send it back via Royal Mail Special Delivery to cover the correct insurance value. Other postal services may not insure jewellery. If the item you are returning is lost in transit you will need to claim the cost with the postal service
Earrings will only be refunded if the security seal on the plastic outer covering has not been removed.
In order to process a refund or replacement you must:

I am unable to refund commissioned, personalised or custom orders.
Products with problems caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear cannot be returned to us and will not be refunded. If you return something which turns out not to be faulty, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
Please contact me before sending items back to see if I can resolve any issues. Postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Proof of postage via a tracked method and insured for the full value is required for all returns. Note that most postal carriers will not insure jewellery. If you are in the UK, Royal Mail Special Delivery does insure jewellery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Returns from overseas must clearly be marked 'RETURN' on the outside of the package. If customs charges are incurred by failing to do this, those charges will be deducted from your refund.
You will usually receive your refund within 14 days of Bottlebee receiving the product back from you, or within 14 days of your cancellation notice if we haven’t yet dispatched the products.
